What Tire Repair & Replacement, as well as Tire Discount Benefits are included in my Drive America Commercial Vehicle Motor Club Membership?

Mobile Tire Repair and Replacement: Service consists of repairing or replacing failed tires outside for failed dealer sites while taking cost containment measures which include national account pricing and a managed independent vendor network. Nationwide 24/7 delivery of top-quality tires for any type of vehicle on the road with on-site and in-store tire repair and tire mounting. The member will be covered up to the program benefit limit for the service fee only. The cost of the repair or tire replacement will be the responsibility of the member; however, the member will take advantage of our national account pricing.

Tire Discount Program: The member will have web portal access to a robust tire repository showcasing four major tire brands (Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone, & Firestone) available for purchase at national account pricing levels. Additionally, Tire Experts will be available via 24/7 toll-free phone number to help guide the Customer through the entire tire buying process by learning their driving habits and ensuring they get the best tires for their specific vehicle. Based on the members program, they will receive a discount on their tire purchase of up to ($100) one-hundred dollars.

What Emergency Roadside Assistance Benefits are included and eligible for reimbursement as part of my Drive America Commercial Vehicle Motor Club Membership?

Towing Assistance: When the Covered Vehicle is disabled due to a mechanical breakdown, it will be towed to the nearest open certified repair facility or dealership of the member’s choice and the member will be reimbursed up to the program benefit limit. The truck for purposes of towing includes both the tractor and trailer, state law permitting. In the case of Bus or Van, towing does not include any trailer attached. Any expenses incurred beyond membership limits will be the responsibility of the member and are not reimbursable.

Jump Start and Pull Start: If battery failure occurs, a jump-start will be provided to start the Covered Vehicle, and the member will be reimbursed for the service up to the program benefit limit. A pull start may be available for the covered vehicle in lieu of a jumpstart.

Lock-out/Replacement Key Assistance: If the member’s keys are locked inside the Covered Vehicle, assistance will be provided to enter the Covered Vehicle and the member will be reimbursed for the service up to the program benefit limit. In the event there are no keys found, and a replacement key is needed, the member will be covered up to the program benefit limit for the total cost of lockout service and a new key.

Flat Tire Assistance: Service consists of the removal of the flat tire for the Covered Vehicle, and its replacement with the mounted spare tire located with the Covered Vehicle. The member will be reimbursed for the service up to the program benefit limit.

Fuel, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service: An emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water will be delivered to any member in immediate need and the member will be reimbursed up to the program benefit limit. The member must pay for costs of the fluids if applicable. Up to thirty (30) gallons of fuel can be delivered. The member must pay for the cost of fuel and priming.

Windshield Repair / Replacement: Windshield stars and cracks caused by small debris will be repaired under industry standards, limited and not to exceed two inches in length or diameter. All windshield claims must be filed within 3 days of damage and repaired within 5 days to prevent further damage to windshield. If the damaged windshield should need replacement because repairs would not allow it to function safely, the member is eligible for replacement of windshield using OEM glass or aftermarket equivalent if not available. We will cover any necessary programming required for the windshield. Windshield replacement benefit is limited to one (1) replacement per 12-month period reimbursable up to the program benefit limit.

What Valuable Ancillary Motor Club Benefits are included in my Drive America Commercial Vehicle Motor Club Membership?

Hotel and Auto Rental Discounts: Member will need to call the toll-free number for the hotel of their choice and provide the discount number in order to receive the discount.

Emergency Destination Assistance Benefit: In the event your automobile is disabled (not due to an accident) and you need alternate transportation to your destination or back home, this benefit entitles you to a reimbursement of up to $100 for emergency transportation (taxicab, rental car, shuttle, etc.) to an immediate destination.

Emergency Travel Expense (ETE) Benefit: If the member is in an accident more than 100 miles from home that disables their vehicle, we will pay the member up to $1,000 for hotel, meals, car rental and transportation costs incurred by you within three days of the accident. Coverage includes commercial transportation to your destination and return after repair. Expenses for entertainment, recreation, and nonessential goods and services are not covered.

Ambulance Expense Benefit: We will pay the member up to the $100 benefit limit for ambulance service due to an automobile accident.

Traffic Court Defense Benefit: We will pay the member up to $100 for his/her defense regarding traffic tickets. Traffic court defense claims are limited to two in any twelve (12) month period.

Identity Theft Assistance: Provides access to monitor the members Social Security Number, up to ten credit and debit cards, and up to ten bank accounts in underground chat rooms, websites and blogs where identity thieves trade and sell stolen data. Members also have access to a resolution service that provides personalized assistance in the event they become a victim of identity fraud. Also includes access to a Lost / Stolen Wallet service which will provide support in canceling and replacing lost or stolen credit cards.

Telemedicine Benefit: Our Telemedicine benefit is a modern, easy-to-use telemedicine solution for non-emergency illnesses and general care. The member can call anytime, or visit online, and have direct access to state-licensed and fully credentialed doctors, via phone or video consultations, to receive treatment and advice for common ailments, including colds, the flu, rashes and more. Doctors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing members convenient access to quality care from home, work or on the go. When medically appropriate, a doctor may prescribe a short term, non-DEA controlled medication that they can pick up at the pharmacy of their choice.

Prescription Rx Drugs Benefit: We provide access to prescription savings at over 68,000 participating pharmacies nationwide. Members can save of 15% to 60% off generic drugs and 10% to 25% off brand name prescriptions.

$10,000 Loss of Life or Dismemberment in a Private Vehicle: The member is insured for Personal Auto Loss of Life coverage per the benefit limit. This benefit is available for the Member only. Coverage applies while riding in a duly registered Automobile and while wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. Automobile means a four wheeled, private passenger car, station wagon, van or jeep-type vehicle which is not being used as a Common Carrier. Benefits for loss of life will be paid to the beneficiary the member has designated. If the member has not designated a beneficiary, the loss-of-life benefit will be paid to the survivors, in equal shares, in the first of the following classes to have a survivor at the member’s death: (1) spouse, (2) children, (3) parents, (4) brothers and sisters. If there is no survivor in these classes, payment will be made to the member’s estate. This policy also includes up to $500,000 for Common Carrier Travel Accident Insurance. This coverage applies when the member is riding as a passenger (not the operator, pilot or crew member) in or on, or boarding or alighting from, a common carrier. Common Carrier means a conveyance operated by a concern, other than the Policyholder, organized and licensed for the transportation of passengers for hire and operated by an employee of that concern.

How soon after enrollment will I have access to my membership benefits?

Your membership is effective immediately upon successful authorization of your credit card. You will then have access to all service and benefits at that time. Your membership materials, including program information, important toll-free numbers, and your membership terms and conditions, will be emailed to you upon successful authorization of our credit card.

What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?

If you select a monthly membership, you may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of your current month’s paid membership fee. For an annual membership, you may cancel at any time and you will receive a prorated refund of the unused portion of your then-current year’s membership fee.

How do I obtain Mobile Tire Repair & Replacement assistance?

Simply call the toll-free number on your membership terms and conditions. A Customer Service Representative is available to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a member, you are not responsible for payment of any cost related to the service call fee – as this is covered under your membership benefits. The cost of the repair or tire replacement will be the responsibility of the member; however, our members will take advantage of our national account pricing.

How do I obtain Emergency Roadside Service?

As part of your Covered Reimbursement Services, you are able to use the service provider of your preference and simply mail your service receipt to us, so you can receive a full reimbursement up to your membership benefit limit. Please note reimbursement processing takes up to 2-3 weeks.

How do I obtain the other valuable benefits of my membership?

As part of the Additional High Valuable Benefits of your membership, the membership terms and conditions will list the way in which you can access and use them to their full value.

What vehicles are covered under this membership?

The Drive America Commercial Vehicle Motor Club membership is custom tailored for Medium and Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles. The membership will cover the specific vehicle that is registered during the enrollment process.
